"I’m sticking with it as it’s about inner transformation and fulfilling our potential."

I need to Shift too. I think coaching is the future. As Doc Brown says in Back to the Future, you can do anything if you put your mind to it. But that's the trouble. Too many distractions from mundane washing, cleaning and cooking to the telly! There is always going to be the need for the motivational speaker (if you don't have my speech defects) or the actor, the teacher and the doctor's bedside manner, knowing most of survival is the motivating the patient to do the physiotherapy or eat correctly or exercise to stay healthy.

Yes, career coaching is always popular as food, as is coaching for just about everything. Everybody always needs it for something. They afraid to see, speak, hear, or do anything the first time without a pep talk or somebody to hold their hand! Way to go. I can't or won't do anything properly without help from someone. I had to have half an hour one-on-one coaching once a week back at the swimming pool in 2008 for nearly a year to learn to swim strokes properly (I could only do doggie paddle before and couldn't learn it from a swimming manual by myself!). It's expensive, but it's vital.
